JPEGMinify provides in‑browser image compression tools that run locally on your device using web technologies. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and may change without notice.

You are not required to create an account to use the Service. If we later provide optional account functionality, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Your Responsibilities

7. Local Processing; No File Storage

The Service may include third‑party tools, analytics, and advertising (such as Google AdSense). Your use of third‑party services is subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third‑party content, products, or services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non‑infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JPEGMinify and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
